There was no one at Church to play for
Sacrament Meeting this morning, so I was happy to help out again. There will be few opportunities left for me
to share in the music here since we are down to just four Sundays after today! It is a little hard to not think about going
home when we are paring down our belongings and starting to do things for the last time. Glade will give his last Family Home Evening lesson
tomorrow night. It is on building good
marriage relationships and he has worked very hard to get all of the Spanish
just right and then to really learn it. He is very dedicated to doing the best job possible.
January just evaporated so quickly and
February seems to be following suit. Two
years in one place is a long enough time to build close relationships and we
will be so sad to leave our friends.
Everyone stills responds to our leaving with, “So are you going to serve
another mission now?” I don’t know what
the precedent is, but it almost seems expected that one mission will follow
after another and another. I just tell
them that I have to have lots of family time and Grandma Time before that
happens. But we assume that will eventually
be in our plans until we get too old—which on some days doesn’t seem that far
away J
Life is great. We are happy and so busy and hope all of you
are, too. Good
Night and God bless--
