Glade returned to the temple
today and said it was busier for a Tuesday morning than it usually is. Attendance, or rather the number of
ordinances, has increased significantly; but it is still nowhere close to
capacity. But he said it was a great
day. There was ice that had to be
scraped from the windshield of the car and some schools had a two-hour delay
because of icy road conditions. Worse
conditions are forecast for tomorrow morning with rain, snow, and ice. It will be good for me to be at home—at least
I can’t fall on the ice if I am here in the apartment. 😊
One of my good friends
came by this afternoon bringing a loaf of Great Harvest Bread and fresh chocolate
chip cookies. Yum, they were so good! She is such a sweet friend and we have a lot
in common. I will really miss her when
we leave. She and her husband are from
Gilbert, AZ.
Playing the keyboard
was so fun this morning!!! I made sure
the neighbors were on shift and played quietly, and it felt really good. There is no pedal to plug in, but I have
plenty of Mozart, Bach and other baroque music that doesn’t need pedal and it
was awesome!
Love you all. Be happy! Good Night!
😊
