By noon today the sun was shining and the roads were wet but bare of snow.  I decided to venture to church and was rewarded with great talks, lessons, and the sociality of our great friends.  It wasn’t as hard, of course, as being in the temple; so, recuperation should be quick.  The hardest part of being in the temple is the back ache that comes from the uneven height of the boot and the shoe.  Not sure how to fix that.

Two weeks from today our Rock Creek Ward will be dissolved and we will be all finished here!  Wow!  What a fast adventure this has been.  We are so glad we decided to do this.  We would have missed out on so many blessings, learning opportunities, and wonderful associations with incredible people.  I remember a quote that says something to the effect that we should never pass up an opportunity to be edified.  And we have been edified and blessed.

Here is yesterday’s picture of the snow that I forgot to add to the post.

Love you all and hope you are ready for a great week ahead!   😊

Happy Birthday, Isaac!
