It’s our second late
night in a row, but we can sleep in tomorrow—as if “seniors” could sleep
in! It was raining when we left the
temple and was putting down quite a bit of water. I hope it doesn’t take the beautiful leaves
from the trees!
We are hosting 17
people for our “break the fast” meal tomorrow night about 6:30, so today was
preparation day for that. Sister Dyer
and I decided to each make soup and then let people bring pot luck—rolls,
salads, and desserts. I made pumpkin sheet,
ambrosia salad—which most of my kids don’t like because it has pineapple in it—and
turkey taco soup. Glade vacuumed. It’s rather low key since everyone is anxious
to satisfy growling hunger, but it’s a little stressful to be responsible for
it all.
Hope you all had a
great Saturday. We’re ready now to “fall
back” our clocks and may be the first ones to do that. I realized the other night that we-all live
in four different time zones across the country. Cool!
Love you all! Good Night!
😊
