About 5:00 a.m. we heard the power shut down, the circulation system, and the water.  The power came back first, but could have been generator-driven since nothing else came back on line.  By 7:00 there was water and at 2:00 p.m. everything else was working as well.  It really makes me appreciate every “luxury” we enjoy here from the air conditioning to clean water.

         Stayed home again today—still not 100%.  Watched a heavy gentle rain through the windows and smelled its freshness.  The rains usually come without wind which is different from our storms at home.  It was cozy and comforting.
