The morning hours were a little slower today, but three buses from the northern areas of Honduras arrived about mid-day and activity really picked up.  Only one more day on the early schedule for us and then it is back to afternoon/evenings.  Saturdays always start an hour earlier, so we have to be up by four o’clock.  We try to get to bed early on this schedule, but it is always harder to sleep when you know you have to get up in a few hours.  Watching the clock all night is not fun!  Neither is trying to stay awake in the temple!

The pictures are from our walk this evening.  Things don’t change much, but I keep looking for something interesting.

Soon you will all have the walking route memorized visually!

Final leg of the "Angel Moroni Rush"
(See Glade's Fat Blog Post)

The clouds are amazing even though this picture doesn't really capture their grandeur.
I wish I could post a panoramic view--this is just a small taste.
When it is all dark outside, these windows glitter as if they were gold.
They are made of cut glass designs and are so beautiful--daylight or dark.
Glade is just passing by at the end of his walk.

This is Alex.  He is the guard that Glade has made friends with on the walking route.  He stays here in this little tin shed (back left) all day Sundays and from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 the next morning guarding the property and supplies.  He has a little candle for light, a headset, and a handheld game of some kind.  This is his job.
