I think I’m missing the advent of fall
this year--although it is only Labor Day--even more than I did last year—not sure
why. Perhaps we need a change from the steady sameness of our routine.

I'm sorry you're missing fall. I can relate a little bit. There are jackolanterns and halloween candy out already, but not a cool breeze or beautiful leaf to be found. And there won't be for months:) I'm having to adjust in my mind what fall is. And I guess it's all in my heart. As long as I can have some smells and tastes and sights that are fall...it doesn't HAVE to feel like fall outside. *sigh
