It was a really busy day and that is good.  We rotate from assignment to assignment about every hour unless we serve as a director or lead a session.  The time just flies.  But new responsibilities are looming and the training just keeps on coming.  It is more than a little intimidating, but sometimes it is just sink or swim and we pray for inspiration.

Glade and I helped as patrons in sealings first thing this morning.  A couple had brought  family names and the sister shared that one was her father and the other names were also family members.  She said it had been a long time in the works and had finally reached the point where they could do these ordinances today.  We hugged and shared in her happiness as she and her husband helped with this work.  When we see families doing work for other family members, the ordinances take on new perspective and become more real!

With a new assignment I have to be at the temple about two hours early tomorrow.  Hope I can be a fast learner.  The powers that be tend to leave you on your own way too soon.
